Julie's lash loving journey started in 2008. After getting certified, She fused her creativity, passion for perfection, & dedication in becoming a lash artist.  Julie's artistic and natural abilities have elevated her to a level rarely achived in this industry.  

A true lash artist.  Julie's goal is to deliver the finest lash extension experience for her Clients.  Her goal is to educate her clients on proper care and longevity of their Natural lashes in order to maintain beautifully enhanced lashes.

Julie's desire to enhance women's natural beauty by finding a convenient and beautiful solution, led her to permanent makeup.  

She had the honor to apprentice under Michelle Lee Austin, a tattoo artist, who's been mastering her craft for over 19 years.
Certified and Trained by The Hawaii Academy or Permanent Cosmetics on advanced application techniques and color theory.   This cirriculum is based on the Society of permanent cosmetic professional standards(25 years of excellence) and are held by a code of ethics.

When it comes to PERMANENT MAKEUP Julie's knowledge and skill is evident in her Client's symetrical beauty.  She strives for safety first while providing satisfactory transformations with excellent and high quality standards.
